Sam Reese Real Estate

To begin I am sorry I have been away from Facebook for so long with no updates, but what a BUSY month(s) August and even September have been! For starters we officially reached the finish line our buying process and purchased our new home 🏡 All things unpacking are still underway. 📦

But even in the process of moving work never ends! I had two first time home buyers close on these adorable new homes these last few weeks🏠 and I have to take some time to congratulate both of these buyers and provide them a HUGE pat on the back. They put in the hard work, set a plan with this huge goal in mind— and both achieved just that! ✅

As an agent there is nothing better then taking the time and working so close with your clients to achieve these goals for them and their families. Congratulations again to both buyers, I’m so proud to have been apart of your journey. ✨

And a huge thank you to both Paul TeKippe with Green State and Isaac Young with New American for the help provided to my buyers. 😊

If you know anyone who has the goal to buy or sale, no matter the time frame— send them my way! I’d love to help them get a plan set 🤞🏻

We officially closed on our first family home. 🏡❤️

This house gave us so much more than four walls—it gave us memories we’ll cherish forever. We brought home three babies here, celebrated birthdays, milestones, holidays, and countless ordinary moments that ended up meaning the most. We were incredibly lucky to have the best neighbors who truly became friends, and leaving them is one of the hardest parts.

As bittersweet as it is to say goodbye, we’re so excited for this next chapter and all the memories waiting to be made in our new home that we close on next week. 🔑

Going through this process reminded me of something important. Even as a Realtor, buying and selling your own home is emotional. This time, I got to step out of the Realtor role a little and experience everything my clients feel—the excitement, the stress, the uncertainty, and the joy that comes with finally getting the keys to your next chapter.

It’s a reminder that a home is never just a transaction. It’s where life happens.

Here’s to new beginnings, new memories, and the next adventure for our family. ❤️🏡

The last week and a half has been incredibly busy for both our family and my real estate business!

First, after a closing delayed by more than 90 days, we finally closed on Michael Fausett home. Thank you for your patience, trust, and perseverance throughout this journey. It was certainly a trying process, and I’m so grateful we made it to the closing table. One important takeaway: always take the time to carefully choose the team that will represent and support you—your lender and agent truly matter. 🤝

Next, congratulations to Ashlee Haley and her kiddos on their first home purchase! She spent more than a year preparing for this moment, setting goals, and the last few months we’ve toured countless homes. In the end, we secured a wonderful property after just one day on the market! 🏡

And finally, Brandon and I accepted an offer on our home! After some time on the market and many showings, we’re officially under contract and set to close on July 23. We also had an offer accepted on a beautiful property—and the best part is that it comes with a pool! Pool parties, here we come! 🏊‍♂️

We are incredibly excited and grateful for the opportunities ahead for our family. None of this would be possible without the amazing clients who trust me to be part of their real estate journey. Here’s to new beginnings for all of us and an exciting rest of the summer ahead!

✨ Another home sold this month! ✨

This closing was extra special to me because it wasn’t just any home—it was my grandparents’ home, the one they’ve lived in since I was 7 years old. So many of my childhood memories were made within these walls, and being trusted to help them through the process of selling it is something I’ll never take for granted.

Real estate is often about buying and selling houses, but sometimes it’s about honoring memories, embracing change, and helping loved ones move into their next chapter. This sale was all of those things wrapped into one.

To my grandparents: thank you for trusting me with something so meaningful. It was truly an honor to guide you through this journey and be part of such an important milestone in your lives.

And to the buyers: congratulations on your new home! I hope it brings you as much joy, laughter, and love as it did for my family over the years. Here’s to making your own beautiful memories and embarking on exciting new adventures.

Moments like these remind me why I love what I do. ❤️

🏡✨ Congratulations to two of my favorite people on closing on your very first home! Life had me out of town when the big day happened, but now that I’m back — we are CELEBRATING!

Katelin and DeSean watching you both set this goal, stay the course, and make it happen has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve gotten to be a part of. First-time homeownership is no small feat, and you two tackled it with everything you had.

This is just the beginning. 2026 is going to be filled with new adventures, new memories, and so many blessings made right there in YOUR home. 🙌

Thank you for trusting me to walk alongside you through such a huge milestone. It was an honor, and I couldn’t be more proud of you both. Here’s to the next chapter! 🥂🔑

A few months ago, I had the chance to catch up with my middle school best friend — and what started as a casual reunion turned into planning and discussions of the home buying process. She and her fiancé had been doing the work: planning, and defining exactly what they wanted in their first home. When the time came to start searching, that clarity made all the difference. Several houses in, we found the one ✨

Katelin and Desean — congratulations on your accepted offer! 🎉 It has been such an honor to be trusted with this milestone. You both knew what you wanted, and watching it all start to come together has been truly special. Brewer and I are already looking forward to that dinner invite 😉

If you know anyone looking to start a discussion about their future goals in buying or selling, have them give me a call. I’d love to chat 💬
