This isn’t one risk, it’s three. The toddler has nothing protecting them from an airbag built for an adult and firing at up to 200 mph. The driver can’t brake, steer, or see the way they need to. And every other car and pedestrian on that street is now in the path of a vehicle nobody’s fully driving. Every child under 13 belongs in the back, every ride. What do you think?

A metal bar fell off a pickup truck in Provo Canyon, went through a windshield, and left the driver fighting for his life. He now faces surgery, and rehab all because someone didn’t secure their load.

When debris flies off a vehicle, the driver who lost it can be held responsible for the damage they cause. Utah law requires loads to be secured. When they aren’t, the people hurt shouldn’t be left carrying the medical bills alone.

When a child on an e-scooter causes an accident, the legal aftermath can be complicated… Since minors generally do not carry their own auto insurance, financial responsibility for property damage and injuries often falls directly on the parents.

A new class-action lawsuit claims a Chicago funeral home failed that trust, alleging remains in its care were not properly identified, tracked, or preserved. One family says they arrived to transfer their father only to learn officials were already on site. No family should have to fight for the dignity their loved one was promised.

A woman leapt from a moving golf cart to help a passenger who had been thrown onto the road, leaving the vehicle to keep rolling with two passengers still onboard before it crashed moments later.

Video shows the driver taking a sharp turn that sent the front-seat passenger tumbling onto the pavement. Rather than stopping, she rushed straight to the fallen passenger while the cart rolled on with no one at the wheel, eventually crashing with the two remaining passengers still inside.

A three-vehicle crash was reported Friday morning at the intersection of Timpanogos Highway and Morning Vista Road in Lehi. Lehi Police responded to the crash around 8:25 a.m. The incident remains under investigation.
