To our clients and colleagues, please note that Chenette Law Offices will remain open, by appointment, as we work through any delays that this pandemic may create within the real estate closing process. The number one concern is obviously the health and safety of our clients, colleagues, and staff. We are taking measures to maintain a safe environment. As always, I will remain available via phone, text, and email. My office has the ability to work remotely, as needed, to keep your file moving forward. We will be doing our best to anticipate and address any delays that town offices and other business closures may cause within the process. To all of our Realtor friends, if you are in the process of drafting contracts for closings occurring in the upcoming months, we can assist with adding language to cover unforeseen delays. As town offices close or limit access to the public, we will have the ability to hold documents and record once it is safe and possible to do so. The bottom line is that we will all work together to get through this situation and help get your home bought or sold. I feel that communication will be key, and we can all work together to bring your closings to a successful conclustion.
