If you have concerns about insurance claims, property damage or any other real estate issues be sure to give our office a call. We do not recommend that you file, negotiate or settle any claims involving significant monies without professional representation.

Over the coming weeks, we will be posting helpful information to assist our friends and followers. For those of you in the areas impacted by the hurricane who are on extension to file your tax return, or who otherwise live by the adage “Why do today what you can put off for tomorrow,” we have some great news for you! All 2016 tax returns currently on extension - business, personal, trusts, and tax exempt organizations returns with due dates of September 15, 2017 and later, all impacted businesses and individuals have until January 31, 2018 to file these returns and pay any taxes that were originally due during this period. This includes the September 15, 2017 and January 16, 2018 deadlines for making federal estimated tax payments. Individuals and businesses located in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties are all considered designated counties impacted by Hurricane Irma.
