I was recently honored to be one of four attorney panelists from across Texas to speak at the 2026 Collaborative Divorce Texas Spring Conference on “Why I Prefer Litigation vs. Why I Don’t Litigate”. Each of us talked about our own journey leading to the current mix of collaborative divorce vs. litigation in our respective family law practices, and why that combination is most suited for us and our clients. I love attending this conference each year, where collaborative divorce professionals across Texas and the US connect and learn from each other. Our clients are fortunate to be able to choose the process that best suits their needs as they navigate this enormous change in their lives.
