Last week, I finished the second part of a divorce trial over video, the first part started several weeks back. It was one of the first, if not the first video final trails in Dallas County. We started it before the Texas Supreme Court had propogated some new rules on how to proceed. It now works a bit more like Federal Court but the changes are not that difficult. Justice is still available.
