Congrats to my US Army Veteran client Hector and his wife Kathy for going under contract on this Cambridge Homes new construction build in Rowlett’s Lake Park Community! Not only did we negotiate a free upgraded kitchen package, but we also secured $25k off the base price, an additional $25k in design center incentives, and 50% off the lot premium with a lake view of Lake Ray Hubbard! Lots of back and forth negotiating, but thrilled with the deal he received! I’m excited for these next few months, helping them build their dream home in this amazing community!

Congrats to my long-time client and friend Tanisha for closing on the sale of her beautiful Lewisville home yesterday! We went under contract in under 3 days with an above asking sales price, and we were able to work with a US veteran in the process! I’m so grateful for her hard work getting the home ready for market, and trusting me to help sell her second home with me.
