Smivinki is more than a client—he is a friend and someone I had the privilege of managing years ago in the biomedical engineering field in Haiti. Even then, his dedication, discipline, and commitment to excellence stood out. When we hired him as an engineer, he consistently exceeded expectations and never disappointed.
Less than four years after arriving in the United States, Smivinki has built a successful engineering career and has now achieved another incredible milestone—becoming a homeowner.
What makes me especially proud is that he understands homeownership is about more than owning a house. It's about creating stability, building wealth, and leaving a legacy for his wife and children. That kind of vision and commitment to family is truly inspiring.
