🛋️ 3 Minutes – Fluff & Fold: Straighten those throw pillows, fold the blankets, and give your living room an instant refresh.

🏡 “The Fed raised rates… so mortgage rates are going up too, right?”

I hear this a lot, and the answer is actually: not necessarily!

Mortgage rates are influenced by a whole mix of things happening in the economy. Yes, decisions made by the Federal Reserve matter, but they’re only one part of the picture.

And this is exactly why I don’t love the idea of putting your home plans on hold waiting for that “perfect” rate. We really don’t know exactly when it’s coming — or what the housing market will look like when it does.

Instead, I’d rather sit down with you, look at where things are right now, and figure out whether there’s a strategy that makes sense for you. ❤️
