Typically people sell because something in life changed and the house doesn’t meet their needs anymore.

Here’s what it actually sounds like when someone calls me:

They’re done maintaining 4000+ square feet in Allegheny County. What they want is 1 level living, low Butler County taxes, and to simplify their life and start traveling.

Or

They’re trading Pittsburgh winters here for a February in Sarasota, Naples, or the Carolina’s.
Outdoor dining, sunsets at the beach, and golf on a Tuesday.

Or

The job is moving them to Virginia,Boston, Nashville, or TX.

But also, many conversations like this:
