Did you know department: in Pennsylvania we are not allowed to tell the jury what the $ offer was before trial started. We are not even allowed to tell the jury the defendant has insurance to cover the incident. Amazing right?

We see a person with Down’s Syndrome and think my God those poor parents. At church today I witnessed a Down’s Syndrome family. I witnessed the care and hugs the parent’s shared with the afflicted child.
That is what love is.

Just reviewing my list of personal injury cases over the last five years. Just about everyone of my clients has been reasonable and fair to me. They did not ask for the moon in resolving their cases. They just wanted a fair settlement for their injuries and that’s what we tried to get for them. Thanks Bernie.

Trying to get a 5 minute phone call with a client’s surgeon is difficult because of their hectic schedule. 
I was shocked today when the female surgeon called me after I only left 1 message with her yesterday. This is a surgeon who really cares about her patients. Bernie

OSHA is designed to improve workplace safety. After every major incident they are required to investigate and write a report. In a case we currently have the OSHA report has been very helpful to us toward resolving the serious injury claim. Bernie
