Hunter was referred to me by the mother of a good friend he attended medical school with, 𝐌𝐞𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐯 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐢 in Florida. From our very first conversation, we connected immediately. He was relocating from Ohio and trusted me to help guide him through one of the biggest purchases of his life.

Hunter came prepared. He had a clear list of wants, areas of interest, and a goal of being close to the hospitals where he would be working. We spent the day touring homes, and as always, I was honest about every property we saw—pointing out not only the positives, but also potential concerns that could affect him down the road.

Then we walked into the very last house of the day… and it was the one. 🏡✨

As Hunter headed back to Ohio, I began working on getting everything in motion. Early in the process, I realized the out-of-state lender he was working with wasn’t offering him the best financing available. Wanting the absolute best for him, I connected him with one of my trusted local lenders who knocked it out of the park and secured an incredible physician loan program.

We submitted an offer, it was accepted, and throughout the transaction I was able to negotiate repairs and nearly a fully furnished home for him!

Today, Hunter is officially a proud first-time homeowner. 🎉👏🏻🏡
