The lawyers at Berger & Lagnese have many years of experience in representing people who have been injured by the carelessness of others. The Berger & Lagnese lawyers Josh Berger, Paul Lagnese and David Paul, were all born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. The have all had experience successfully handling and trying cases throughout Pennsylvania including Allegheny, Beaver, Blair, Centre, Dauphin, Erie, Fayette, Huntington, Mercer, counties. Berger & Lagnese has successfully handled and tried cases against UMPC, UPMC Shadyside, UPMC Presbyterian, Allegheny General, West Penn Hospital, Forbes Hosptial, Altoona Hospital, Conemaugh Hospital, Hamot, St. Vincents, Westmoreland Hospital, Mercy Hospital, Mercy Jeanette Hospital, and Frick Hospital among others. Because of their experience and success in handling cases involving injuries during carpal tunnel release surgery David Paul and Paul Lagnese have successfully handled cases in Minnesota and Florida. Josh Berger, Paul Lagnese and David Paul have all been elected by their peers to be members of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. The Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny Count is limited to 250 attorneys who have significant trial experience and have comported themselves ethically and with integrity. Josh and Paul have also been selected by their peers to included in The Best Lawyers in America for medical malpractice. Josh was selected by the Pa. Supreme Court to serve on the Disciplinary Board of Pennsylvania. Paul is a past President of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers and is currently a member of the Board of Governor of the Pennsylvania Association of Justice.
