Facebook neighbors. Below is a deranged person that is angry at me because I made a motion for her to be removed from the Greater Hill District Advisory Board. Kimberly Ellis has constantly engaged in name calling of other members, telling committee members we are not as intelligent as her and we should abide her HER decisions because the rest of committee members can not possibility reason such as her because……..( fill in the blank).
Kimberly Ellis has continued to cause pure chaos on the GHDAB. All voting members vote and not always in agreement. As it should be. Contrary tonpopular belief, all black people fo not have to agree on everything. Diversity of thoughts should always be sought. This brings on GREAT ideas at times.
Now , because the advisory board disagrees with Kimberly Ellis she has asked the URA to investigate for ? I do not know.
Now let us examine Kimberly Ellis.
1. There are questions about her primary residence. Because it is strongly believed her primary residence is in Mexico.
2. Her company Historic Hill District received $75,000 grant from this grant.
3. All was well when she received 75,000. There were absolutely no complaints from Kimberly Ellis AT ALL about anything!!!
3.When Kimberly Ellis worked for the Bucchi Group, she said at a meeting at the Energy Innovation Building, “ We are not going to abide by the Hill District’s Master Plan approved by Hill District residents.
3. Kimberly Ellis has disparaged home owners that cannot keep up maintenance and improvements living in the Hill District. Homeowners not able to keep up their residence was her reasoning for why developers needed to come into the Hill District and “improve” things
4. Last week Kimberly Ellis called my employer and a Board Member of Hill District Consensus Group and told them I should not have been hired by them
5. Today she posted the information below and sent it directly to the city of Pittsburgh Democratic Committee of which I am the Treasurer.
All of this harassment because this Hill District Advisory Committee want to move forward for residents, small business owners and non-profits to get grant monies they may be eligible for.
I refuse to endorse the nonsense, disruptive behavior, and continued disrespect of other people by Kimberly Ellis. She had to go.
