What a day ! Client came in this morning facing potential criminal charges that likely would have been filed today. After looking at the case and the law I spent the entire day in telephone negotiations with the police and the victim’s attorney we were able to reach an agreement acceptable to everyone and prevent the filing of charges. Obviously not applicable in all cases but I love it when a client calls me before charges are filed so that we can provide proper advice on cases that could have been resolved out of court without burdening the judicial system.

We had an amazing turn out, including professionals from Erie and Cleveland. It was such a privilege to teach this advanced collaborative training with this incredible team of trainers. Congrats to all the 2023 graduates!!
