Move On McKenzie Place

Move On McKenzie Place There are too many residents unhappy with the current board and it is time to move on. When is the last time the current board has asked YOU what you would

When is the last time the current board has asked YOU what you would like to see happen in the community? The current board operates not at the best interest of the community, but at the best interest of themselves. They have spent tens of thousands of dollars on things (like cameras that only the board has access to) that were never approved by the residents. They employ a management company that

picks and chooses who it will respond to and who it will not--not to mention one that has admitted they were hired to serve the boards needs not the residents. The current board has become increasingly opaque when it comes to financial matters and going as far as making residents fill out formal requests to see financial statements, which by law every resident has a right to see, and picking and choosing which residents are allowed to view the financial state of the community. Move On Mckenzie Place is asking residents (renters and owners) to not take the election of board members lightly. If you are asked to give a proxy vote don't simply say yes--weigh your options, listen to the ideas of all those running for the board, and then decide who deserves your vote.
