Pennsylvania drivers need to be familiar with “Paul Miller’s Law,” an addition to the traffic code that prohibits driving while using an “interactive mobile device.” Driver’s can now be stopped and cited if observed by law enforcement for “using” their mobile devices, as defined in the statute, as the 12-month stop-and-warn period is now over.
