If you’re new here, I’m Chrissy Nahay — soon to be Chrissy Wertz — Realtor, mom of three boys, lifelong Jefferson Hills girl, and professional multitasker who is usually answering a real estate call while looking for somebody’s missing shoe.
Before real estate, I spent almost 20 years doing hair, so apparently my career path has always been:
Listen to people’s problems, make them feel better, and try to fix the situation. 😂
A few things you should know about me:
🏡 I sell houses, negotiate deals, write contracts, solve problems and occasionally stare at my phone wondering how one transaction can possibly have THIS many plot twists.
📍 I work all over the Pittsburgh area. South Hills is home, but if there’s a house involved, I’ve got gas in the car and GPS. 😂
📱 I’m a communicator. You will not be sitting around wondering what is happening with your deal. If anything, you might eventually think, “Okay Chrissy, I get it.” 🤣
☕ I run on coffee, determination and the belief that every real estate problem can be solved somehow.
👦 I have three boys, so very little scares me anymore. Multiple offers? Fine. Inspection issues? Fine. Three kids melting down at the same time? THAT is pressure.
😂 And yes… sometimes real estate is actually the peaceful part of my day.
What I love most about this business is the people. Buying or selling a house can be exciting, stressful, emotional and sometimes completely ridiculous — and I love being the person in your corner through all of it.
So if you follow me, expect houses, local stuff, real estate advice, behind-the-scenes chaos, a little sarcasm and probably some stories that sound made up but unfortunately are not. 😂
