📣 Most buyers still think Zillow is the market.It’s not.

A massive shift is happening in real estate right now, and most buyers have no idea.

More homes are being marketed privately before they ever hit the MLS.Howard Hanna has “Find It First.” Compass has private exclusives. Other brokerages are creating their own early-access networks too. Meanwhile, Zillow and the MLSs are battling over who controls inventory and when buyers get to see it.

What does that mean for you as a buyer?

If you’re only searching public apps, you could already be behind.
