I remember when I first started talking about getting into real estate a lot of people told me to run the heck away!

I got quite a few people kinda pushing back, with good intentions, warning me about what a bad decision it may be.

“You’re too nice” “that industry is too cut throat” “You are alone, and surrounded by back stabbing competition”

Ummm. Where? Maybe I just made a real good decision when picking a brokerage but I have literally been surrounded by nothing but love, encouragement and friendship since I started this journey with EXP over a year ago. I always have someone a phone message away if I need help, I have the best managing brokers I could ever ask for and my “competition” and I regularly meet up to work together, cheer each other on and brainstorm.

At my first Christmas party with them today, I really got to see that all first hand in person. Some of the people that I have been working with online and over the phone all year I actually got to hug and shake hands with and I literally just can’t be more thankful for this family!!!

You guys are the bombdiggity…. Yeah I said it. 😂❤️

When I made the decision to do this almost two years ago, this was why.

This right here.

Watching families begin…watching people’s dreams come true..and getting to be a fly on the wall and see all of it. Being able to hand over keys to someone the MOMENT they become homeowners for the first time , seeing the look on their face once it sinks in…. it is a feeling that can’t easily be topped.

One of the best decisions I’ve made was taking the leap to follow yet another crazy dream of mine and join an amazing company like EXP. They have surrounded me with love, support, and knowledge so I can be a Kick Butt agent for my people!
