Behind so many favorite neighborhood moments is The Waters Assembly. With 36 events this year (and counting), they’ve given neighbors plenty of reasons to get together and plenty of memories to take home.

Thank you to the Assembly staff and the volunteers who help make it all happen. Life at The Waters is sweeter because of you. 😊

Dolly and her friend Blue Heron are cruising into fall, Waters-style ... in a golf cart, of course!

A big thank you to our creative neighbors who brought this year's hay bale to life for the Town of Pike Road's Hay, Look at Us! contest. We love seeing our community's creativity on display!

We tried filming a survival documentary, but we’re at The Waters… and coffee is three minutes away by golf cart.

The odds are in our favor.
