Renting out a property inside an Arizona HOA?
Here's the number one mistake I see. Owners stop watching the property from an HOA compliance standpoint, and it can get expensive fast. You can even end up sued by your HOA.
That's because you are contractually on the hook for what your renter does on the property. So whether you are traveling, out of the country, or relying on a property management company, stay on top of compliance and keep eyes on the mail coming in from your HOA. Catching issues early keeps them from escalating into something a lot more costly.
Save this if you rent out a home in an HOA.
