Founded in 1980 as a subsidiary of Chicanos Por La Causa, Prestamos is committed to promoting business and community development by providing access to capital through non-traditional small business financing. We are both a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and Community Development Entity (CDE), providing high quality small business loans and technical support services to clients

throughout Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and California. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Microloan Pilot Program and became Arizona’s first SBA Microlender. In 2000 Prestamos CDFI, LLC was formalized due to the success of our loan programs and the continued need and demand for these services in our communities. Whether it’s looking for new opportunities for collaboration, or seeking ways further her business acumen, Andria Muñoz knows how to advocate for her business! That’s why she’s this month’s Client Spotlight feature.

Andria first launched her hand-made jewelry collection in 2019, and after dedicating herself to entrepreneurship, she grew her brand into a retail space that included her own signature items as well as a curated selection of goods from other like-minded brands. Now Andria’s Tienda is a one-stop, go-to-shop in the Phoenix area.
