Do you need access to the justice system? Perhaps not, if you have nothing to hide, and you never do anything wrong. If you have nothing to hide then why do you put curtains on your windows?
My encounter with the justice system in Kingman Arizona where we did prove the officer lied about it snowing at 51 degrees, but could not prove he was mistaken about 3 miles over the speed limit is an example of justice gone awry. A one degree difference on the needle of an analog speedometer is a very high threshold to view correctly when driving 75 miles per hour and trying to watch a truck and another car. We could not prove my innocence. As I walked into the courtroom I was guilty of taxation by citation, which is against the eight amendment to the supreme law of the land. All officers have sworn to protect obey the Constitution United States, and then follow legal and lawful orders in that order.
It is no secret that Americans who are Black are the biggest losers in the American justice system with racial profiling. We have a problem with this country becoming a police state. Many police departments and sheriff departments getting Mraps and other equipment from the federal government.
The federal justice system trying to prove racial motivation for a cop defending his life in Missouri is a great example of government gone bad. The federal justice system trying to prove racial motivation in the Zimmerman self-defense case is another case.
Now in Wisconsin with a political hack ordering no-knock raids in homes of supporters of Scott Walker, simply for supporting and donating to Scott Walker. Over 80,000 (Critics) no-knock raids were conducted in 2011 up from 1,000 no-knock raids in 1960. Have Americans become more dishonest or have the federal state and local governments become more intrusive and obstructionist? Only you can decide this answer.
