The numbers are in. Here’s how the residential market shifted year over year:

✔ 14,704 closed sales (▲ 3.4%)
✔ $10.2B in sold volume (▲ 6.9%)
✔ Avg sold price up to $697K (▲ 3.4%)
✔ Days on market trending longer at 80 avg DOM

The luxury segment is telling the biggest story — $3M–$10M closed sales surged 23.8%, and the $10M+ ultra-luxury market nearly tripled with a 190% increase in transactions.

What does it mean? Buyers are choosing larger homes at lower per-sq-ft pricing, sellers need sharper listing strategies as expirations rise, and the high end of the market is moving faster than ever.
