Congratulations 🍾 to my buyers on the purchase of their new 🏡 What a fantastic home they have found- it checked just about every single “must have” box and then some.

✅3 bed 2 bath+ office
✅open kitchen with/large island
✅2 car garage
✅pool
✅great neighborhood
✅spacious yard
✅laundry room
✅space to grow

Once these buyers toured the home, they made a pretty immediate decision to put in a strong offer. They beat other offers by being decisive, putting their best foot forward, and being prepared.

It’s been an absolute pleasure from our initial meeting about new builds, to touring, working on financing, and getting through the purchase. I can’t wait to see how you make the space your own!
