Change is hard...it can be uncomfortable. Starting over is harder...it requires a lot of hard work. But, liking (or, loving) your "New Story" better because you changed and because you started over is PRICELESS! Cheers to your new story! ❤💪🥂 I'll be there to celebrate with you on the other side...

Happy New Year from WM&S!! Wow, I just realized that I have not posted anything on my business page since March 18, 2020 which was essentially the beginning of the nightmare known as Covid! I had one day in March of 2020 where I experienced panic for about 1/2 of the day due to the uncertainty of what was happening in the world and how people were responding to it. I made a decision that I was going to get up every single day and go to work, keep my head down and keep grinding no matter what. (For months, my truck was the only vehicle in the parking lot of my office complex and I was the only person in the building).

I am proud to say that the offices of WM&S have remained open every single day from March 2020 through New Year's Eve 2021! I NEVER worked from home and I have only conducted a hand-full of mediations via Zoom. Part of the recipe that makes WM&S successful is the personal relationship I have with my clients and the atmosphere of the office which has been achieved through a lot of thought, care and a high level of attention to detail. The in-person experience is so important to the WM&S mediation process and I made a commitment to myself that I would not allow outside forces to cause me to ever sacrifice that.

As a result, the business has continued to grow during a time when so many businesses struggled and even closed. My heart goes out to those small businesses for so many reasons.

I have written this a lot in the past but I am truly blessed with the BEST clients!! I am so thankful for the relationships I have made over the years and beyond grateful for each referral. I remain committed to the WM&S special recipe and am entering 2022 inspired to improve upon it even more!

Western Mediation & Solutions is OPEN! ❤ I have had four different people call today to inquire if my offices are open and scheduling new mediations. Currently I have mediation and individual sessions scheduled out through the second week of June. I have additional availability during that time. While my offices will stay open I will be changing a few things. I will not have any appointments scheduled that overlap in order to cut down on the number of people who are in my offices at one time. I will be cleaning all mediation rooms and common areas in between each mediation session. All items such as pens, iPads, computers, telephones, chairs, tables, and any other surfaces will be wiped down completely before and after every session. All signing sessions will be scheduled individually and not together. I also will be asking all clients to enter through the far-east entrance so that I can insure that the entry has also been completely cleaned in between every session. In addition, beginning next week the W M & S Veranda will also be open for mediation sessions and individual sessions whenever weather permits. As always, my number one priority is the comfort and safety of my clients when they are in my offices.
