Having lived and worked in Real Estate for well over 20 years, Judy and I are often asked by people relocating to Arizona to show them Scottsdale. Always curious with our clients, we ask what's important about Scottsdale? Most of the time, that's all they know or have heard of. Nestled in the foothills on the south side of South Mountain, Ahwatukee has approximately 85,000 residents, 2 High Schools, many great restaurants, easy access freeways and Sky Harbor Airport! South Mountain Park with hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails is the countries largest city owned park and is the backdrop to our community.
