I've been to all types of homes; New, Old, Hoarder and Dirty. Yesterday was the worst experience of my 12 years doing this. Got a call to check out a home in Encanto for an Estate Sale. Walked in and was informed they are just recovering from Covid. Took a look around; I do not believe they had washed a single dish in months. Filthy Plates, pots and dishware was stacked everywhere. I mean on the counters, couch chairs everywhere. Started to move about and noticed a dog and all concrete floors. I don't believe the dog had been out in months - p*e and p**p everywhere. Went to the Master Bedroom and the sheets were on the floor or crumpled in the middle of the bed. On the side of the bed were skid marks. That's it time to go. As I passed the restroom - I couldn't help but take a peak - I will spare you. It's not always glamorous.
