Here's a good article about the nationwide state of home prices from Diana Olick of CNBC. It's interesting to note that only about 5% of homes in the Phoenix area are back to pre-recession values. Click here for the full article.

Tips for a Successful Real Estate Photo Shoot
Hope you're all having a great week. Here's a good article by Heather Hummel, contributor for the Huffington Post. She discusses the importance of decluttering your home, replacing lightbulbs, not relying on your iPhone or Android camera, as well as some more obvious tips (i.e., closing the dang toilet lid!). Great pictures really do make a big difference in our experience. They're the 'hook' that catches potential buyers' eyes and attracts them into the home for their initial viewings.
