People often inquire about my journey in real estate investment and house flipping. In 2012, I bought a short sale to live in for $205,000. It needed an extensive remodel however, the backyard was large it was in a prime location and I was excited to redo an entire house in my OWN style. I had to have an all-black kitchen so to save costs, we bought unfinished wood cabinets and I personally applied three coats of black stain 😮 2 years later we took advantage of the market and sold that home making a $180,000 profit 💰

Building on to this success, we reinvested our by acquiring another property this time to flip for $270,000. 😯It was in the same area I knew was up and coming an we quickly sold that one for $435,000. Regrettably, partnership concluded after this venture. 🏡In 2016, I purchased a patio home in Scottsdale for $270,000 directly from a seller who contacted me 🤭and transformed it into a profitable Airbnb which generated an annual profit of $24,000 and I eventually sold for $385,000 in 2020 when the HOA started cracking down on short term rentals. 🚪I then went on to collaborate with partners enabling me to engage in multiple projects simultaneously. To date, I have successfully completed a total of 16 property flips and helped several other investors and developers to build, renovate and sell their projects! 🛠️I have also acquired 2 rentals during that time turning two of my primary residences into long term hold investments. Those 2 together have about $750,000 in equity and earn me $3200 a month income. 💵Throughout this journey, my passion for design, methodical decision-making, rigorous market analysis, and strategic partnerships have been instrumental. Real estate has proven to be a reliable and effective means of wealth creation for me and is definitely my passion. 🤗My goal for the next 10 years it to help as many other people grow their retirements through real estate. We got everyone here working to get this one finished! Full remodel on this John F Long 1979 built home located in the PV School district. We tore down walls to open the floor plan, built out a master closet, pantry and created an office!! Put in a few extra touches like the tile all the way to the ceiling and covering all the walls in the master! Can’t wait to see this all come together and on the market!!
