This client was referred to me after being denied loan financing from another lender after 2 months of paperwork and problems. He contacted me and received his loan approval in 10 short days.

Not all lenders can approve the same client, and not all loan officers have the same knowledge base. I find loan approvals for clients who have been denied financing - and save clients from being denied in the first place.
