Luxury home sales across the U.S. are showing remarkable variety, with top transactions ranging from $3.7M all the way up to an impressive $130M in different major metro markets. The highest recorded sale hit $130M, with other notable deals closing at $47M, $40.2M, $40M, $21.2M, $19M, $18M, and $17.5M. Some standout cities continue to see even their fifth-largest sales above $10M, underlining the depth of luxury inventory available in those areas. Interestingly, one market posted a very tight range among its top five sales, from $24M to $40M, reflecting both exclusivity and consistent demand at the upper end. This data focuses on publicly listed properties and may not capture every private or off-market transaction, particularly in nondisclosure states, where figures often represent listing prices.
