We’re on the home stretch for this one. I’ve been helping and plan to buy for about 6 months. We collaborated together and came up with a game plan. The timing wasn’t right on a couple but I reassured them that when it’s right everything will fall into place.

We walked into this open house first day on the market and it was packed. I knew they were gonna love the house so I focused on building rapport with the listing agent. As we left their eyes lit up and they said they loved it. I knew I had already laid the groundwork and that rapport building paid off by being able to secure the property by the next morning.

This house was their favorite out of all the homes we saw and it was the best value! It was perfect for them checking all the boxes. Without the right agent they may have missed the opportunity.

Did I mention that I was also able to negotiate over an additional $100,000 in seller concessions?!? $50,000 in instant equity! This was a fun one. A huge thank you to for introducing me to and her husband Mark. They were moving from for a new adventure here in the .

We met over FaceTime and instantly clicked. I’ve helped numerous clients purchase from other states and they trusted the process completely. With every deal there are a few challenges but, as always we handle them and keep moving forward.

In the end, it resulted in a gorgeous newly remodeled home in . The home hadn’t even hit the market yet but it fit all their criteria. Through skilled negotiation and building rapport I was able to secure it for $50,000 below the asking price and it appraised for the asking price! In addition, we negotiated wood floors every where there was carpet and changes to the backyard. That’s on top of our offer being contingent to their sale. Congratulations to and . We have officially closed on their home and they’re still living in it! They contacted me because they had a few hurdles to overcome. This one was fun. My out of state buyer trusted me so much that we were able to put it under contract over FaceTime. I successfully negotiated the win against multiple offers and then negotiated the price back down to the appraisal price. Buying or selling a home is such a huge event and every transaction is important to me. The wins are why I love what I do.
