Delayed gratification at its finest!💥👌🏼

Our good friends Mihail & Mari had been saving and delaying their first time home purchase for a while… this was in order to ensure they had a larger down payment than normal. They lived well below their means and never deviated from their plan.

After several years of consistency and discipline, they jumped in the market a few months ago found the perfect home for them in their desired area! 😃🏡
