We are honored to shine a spotlight on Amber Reiter, founder of Jazmine’s Journey and proud mom of Jazmine. Amber is a devoted wife, mother, businesswoman, volunteer, and passionate advocate who is committed to raising awareness and funding for pediatric cancer research.
💛 Jazmine’s Story
Jazmine’s Journey was established by the parents of Jazmine Elane Reiter, a brave and joyful little girl who passed away from infant leukemia at just 16 months old.
Born on December 17, 2018, Jazmine touched countless hearts with her radiant smile, gentle spirit, and incredible courage. At only six months old, she was diagnosed with infant leukemia and began a courageous 10-month battle that demonstrated more strength and resilience than most experience in a lifetime.
Throughout her journey, Jazmine endured numerous blood product transfusions, bone marrow aspirations, intensive chemotherapy treatments, and extended hospital stays. Yet through it all, she faced each day with remarkable bravery and a smile that could light up any room.
On May 5, 2020, surrounded by her loving family, Jazmine passed away. While her time here was far too short, her legacy continues to inspire hope, compassion, and action.
To honor her life and continue her impact, Jazmine’s Journey officially became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization on October 23, 2023, dedicated to supporting pediatric cancer families, advancing research, and raising awareness.
