Kline & Specter attorneys David Inscho and Mark Fuchs, assisted by Kim Comey, Jill Stewart and Jill Rice obtained a $4.325 million jury verdict for the family of a 52 year old woman who died because her physician failed to diagnose and treat her bleeding ulcer. Inscho and Fuchs commented that this was a “very preventable injury and the jury agreed with our argument that more is required from medical providers than what occurred here.”
