Eu conheço a rotina de vocês porque ela também já foi a minha.

Acordar cedo, trabalhar o dia inteiro, chegar em casa e ainda ter casa, filho e marido esperando.

E aí alguém pergunta "e você?" e você não sabe responder.

Só que o corpo guarda tudo. O ombro trava, a perna pesa no fim do dia e um cansaço que apenas o fim de semana já não resolve.

Eu criei esse espaço exatamente pra isso: um lugar onde você não cuida de ninguém, apenas de você. Você chega, deita e relaxa.

Depois de cuidar de todo mundo, chegou a hora de cuidar de você.

I know your routine because it used to be mine too.

Up early, working all day, coming home to a house, kids and a husband still waiting.

And then someone asks "and what about you?" and you don't know what to say.

But the body keeps everything. The shoulder locks up, the legs feel heavy by the end of the day, and there's an exhaustion that a weekend no longer fixes.

I created this space for exactly that: a place where you take care of no one but yourself. You arrive, lie down, and relax.

Foi aqui que eu consegui construir o que eu sempre quis oferecer: um lugar bonito, limpo, tranquilo, onde você entra e, por algumas horas, não precisa cuidar de ninguém, apenas de você.

E tudo o que eu me qualifiquei para fazer nesses anos está reunido em um só lugar. Você não precisa procurar em cinco lugares diferentes: eu cuido de tudo aqui.

I came from Brazil a few years ago and started out doing only massage. One table, my hands, and a deep desire to give my best to everyone who trusted me.
