As a long time advocate for transparency on affordability in subsidized multi-family dwellings in Pennsylvania, RHLS is pleased to see the state has taken steps to tackle their problem of keeping track of subsidized properties.

For nonprofit developers, every source of funding matters when bringing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit funded development over the finish line. Energy efficiency requirements are important for the long-term environmental and financial sustainability of affordable homes, but without sources of funding, the result will be fewer units.
