Mark Schork, Chair of the Pro Bono Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers’ Division, helped organize an event bringing together young lawyers and law students to learn more about the important work of the Public Interest Law Center.

Brent Landau, Executive Director of the Center, joined colleagues to discuss their high-impact litigation, share insights from their work, and highlight opportunities for young lawyers and law students to get involved in public interest law.

Congratulations to Philadelphia VIP on 45 years of connecting volunteer attorneys with Philadelphians in need of legal assistance!

We’re proud to recognize our partner, Bethany Nikitenko, who spoke before Philadelphia City Council in support of a resolution commemorating this important achievement. Bethany is a longtime Philadelphia VIP volunteer and serves on its Board of Directors as Vice President. Her dedication to expanding access to justice and supporting the organization’s mission is truly inspiring.

We also extend our thanks to Councilmember Rue Landau for spearheading the resolution and recognizing Philadelphia VIP’s 45 years of service to the Philadelphia community.
