It’s a hazy day, but Philly neighbors never fail to shine. ✨

Walked past a stoop earlier this morning and saw a box of face masks left out for anyone who needs them because of the Canadian wildfire smoke. 😷❤️

Times like this remind me exactly why I love this city. For all our grit, there is so much heart and community here. People just looking out for people.

📬 Philly Homeowners: 2027 property assessment notices are hitting mailboxes, and many of them are coming in surprisingly high.
Remember, just because the city says your home is worth a certain amount on paper doesn't mean that's its true market value. An inflated assessment won't help you sell for more, but it will spike your tax bill.
