In 2014, he founded The Fishman Firm. He has tried over 40 jury trials to verdict and thousands of bench trials. In addition, he has dealt with every aspect of a criminal case from arraignment, bail hearings, preliminary hearings, Nebbia motions, motions to quash, motions to suppress, trial, post-verdict motions, post-sentence motions, violations of probation, detainer hearings, appeals to both the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Court, oral argument before the Superior Court and PCRA (Post-Conviction Relief Act) Petitions. Endeavor Air Flight 4962 from Raleigh Durham (RDU) to Newark Airport (EWR) transits the moon at about 11,400 feet while our friends from the Red Planet look on from just below the moon. Last night Mars was in occultation with the moon as it passed behind the moon shortly after this shot.

You may have heard (or seen in your feed) that the Northern Lights decided to take a trip south and grace many of us with a night we will never forget. I have never seen the aurora borealis and it has always been a dream of mine. While I hope one day to travel north to see it in a more traditional location, I was amazed at what I saw as they danced over Barnegat Lighthouse on the northern tip of Long Beach Island. I was so happy to experience this unforgettable night with .photos and look forward to future adventures.

These were taken on the same night as my last crescent moon post. However, the first two shots are composite shots. The sky was filled with beautiful pinks and purples at sunset and the moon set about 20 minutes later. I combined the color of the sky shortly after sunset with the moon set to create the first two shots. The later shots show the true sky color at the time of moonset and the final shot is the sunset color shot I used to create the composites. Love to hear if you prefer the composites over the realtime shots.

A few more shots on from an amazing morning on the Chesapeake Bay in Annapolis, Maryland. Captured these shots during a photography workshop. Got two passes at the Thomas Point Lighthouse and this first shot was a bit later in the morning from my last post. A few shots from a workshop on the Chesapeake Bay in Annapolis. and I spent the morning with four other photographers shooting the bay bridge, crabbers, fishermen, the Thomas Point Lighthouse, and so much more. We ended at Jay’s studio where he helped us edit our favorite shots. We all left with a large print of one of our photos. An unforgettable morning with more shots to come.

The beauty of photography is not captured on the four corners of your camera’s sensor. Rather, it is found when you pull your face from the eyepiece and shake the hands of the photographers standing next to you.
