These two may be best friends, but being sweet doesn’t mean being unpredictable-proof. 🐾❤️

No matter how gentle, loving, or well-trained our dogs are, Greg would never have them outside without a leash. Not because we don’t trust them, but because we can’t control every dog, person, child, distraction, or situation they may encounter.

A leash isn’t a punishment. It’s protection for your dog and everyone around them.

Love your dogs enough to leash them. 🐕‍🦺❤️

Lawyer advertising has gotten weird.

Everyone wants to tell you what they look like.
What they drive.
What color their hair is.
How different they are.

I kept thinking about what actually makes me different.

And then I realized I was overcomplicating it.

I win.

I win cases.
I win verdicts.
I get results for my clients.

Because when you’re injured and your future is on the line, you’re not hiring a hairstyle, a personality or a billboard.

You’re hiring a lawyer to win.

That’s my differentiator.

Skip breakfast, pay for it later.

A new study found people who eat their first meal after noon have a 29% higher risk of dying early than those who eat between 7 and 8am.

It’s not about willpower. It’s about what your body reads as safety.

Late first meal, morning spent in stress mode. Cortisol up. Blood sugar unstable. Do that for years and it adds up.

We got told intermittent fasting means push breakfast later. This study says the opposite. Eat earlier, live longer.

You don’t need a perfect 7am plate. You need a first bite before 10.

If you get hurt, your first instinct probably isn’t to take pictures.

But if you’re able to—take them.

The scene.
What caused your injury.
Your injuries.
Damage to your car or property.
Anything that might look different tomorrow.

Because things get cleaned up. Bruises fade. Cars get repaired. Conditions change.

A photo can preserve what your memory can’t.

Anybody can tell you they’re a great lawyer on Instagram.

But here’s a better question:

How many cases have you actually tried in court—and what were the results?

Because when your case gets serious, followers don’t matter. Views don’t matter. Big talk doesn’t matter.

Experience in the courtroom does.

Before you hire a lawyer, don’t just listen to what they say about themselves.

Ask about the record.
