The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced cleaner to service our growing list of local clients. This position offers excellent flexibility, with compensation paid per cleaning appointment (guaranteed to be no less than the equivalent of $20/hour).
* Consistent Shifts: Every appointment is guaranteed to be at least 2 hours in length.
* Keep Your Tips: Excellent service pays off! You keep 100% of any tips given by clients.
* Supplies Provided: No need to buy or haul your own gear - we provide all cleaning supplies and equipment required for every job.
* Fair Pay: Great earning potential based on your efficiency and dedication.

What We Are Looking For

* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional residential and/or office cleaning experience.
* Location: Must currently reside in the Philadelphia area and have a strong knowledge of the local region.
* Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel punctually to and from various client locations.
* Mindset: A professional, detail-oriented attitude. You understand that "clean" isn't just a look - it's a standard. You are trustworthy, communicative, and comfortable working independently.
