Stephen has a Philly certified tour business. 1 hour tours are $20 per person over 8 years old. Kids under 8 are free. He can customize a tour for you or you can choose one from his list. He gives group rates and can spend as much time as you like with you. He has a Masters in Colonial History from LaSalle University. His tours are very lively and in complete colonial dress! The first house we owned was in the beautiful Grange Estate. We had to sign the original handwritten by laws that included ‘No hanging laundry lines in the front yard’ 😂 I still have it.
