Today, partner Justin Capek and Todd McNinney, husband of our Business & Client Relations Manager, Danielle McNinney, took on the April Fools Half Marathon in Atlantic City and crushed it. Not to be outdone, Justin’s girlfriend Lex brought the energy and completed the 8K like a champ! 💪

Immediately after the Preliminary Hearing, our office identified, researched, and briefed a multi-theory Motion to Suppress Evidence based upon the illegality of Mr. Foster’s Detention, Arrest, and Subsequent Search of his person.⁣⁣

Today, we successfully litigated this Motion to Suppress and precluded the Government from introducing any evidence necessary to support a conviction, as the recovery of this evidence was the product of an unconstitutional seizure/search of his person. ⁣⁣
