A nonprofit just secured this property for affordable housing in Petaluma. 🏡

We had the opportunity to help Rebuilding Together Petaluma purchase two parcels, one with a home and one adjacent lot, just around the corner from their headquarters.

There was a clear vision behind it from the start. Housing for those in need, along with space to support the workers who make it all possible.

We competed and negotiated to get it across the finish line, bringing the purchase price down by over $128K to help make the project viable, while still creating an outcome the sellers felt good about.

We also contributed part of our commission back to support the project.

This is the kind of work we’re proud to be part of.
