Here are 5 mistakes to avoid:
1️⃣ Ignoring the true commute: 15 miles on a map is very different than 15 miles on Highway 101 or back country roads during peak hours.
2️⃣ Skipping rural due diligence: Well, septic, and land maintenance require careful checks before you make an offer.
3️⃣ Judging a home solely by listing photos: Bad lighting or staging can hide amazing potential—and vice versa!
4️⃣ Not visiting at different times: A neighborhood can feel completely different at 8 AM, 2 PM, and 8 PM.
