Good morning folks!! As many of you are aware, I do lots of legal work for people buying or selling real estate. The interest rates for mortgages have gone up substantially over the past six months making home buying a bit more challenging. However, I have just been made aware of a wonderful new program being offered from MLB mortgage company which offers interest rates as low as 4.25 percent fixed for a 30 year mortgage!! This is unheard of in this economy! If you are seriously thinking of purchasing a home, please consider contacting Victorino Gonçalves at MLB to discuss options!!

The Law Office of Kenneth L. Gonzalez & Associates is very happy today for one of our personal injury clients who had been involved in a serious motor vehicle accident about two years ago. We were able to finally settle his case this past week at a mediation hearing for $240,000 to compensate him for having to undergo a spinal discectomy surgery. Helping to guide our clients through the process of a personal injury claim is one of the most satisfying parts of the services we provide to the community.

Occasionally we post photos of real estate clients when they purchase their home. This certainly let's folks know that our law office handles real estate transactions. But our office does a fairly significant amount of personal injury matters as well. Renee LaManna went missing on 1/8/1994. Renee was seen in December 1994 at the Chambers Street Subway in Lower Manhattan and May 1995 in Northfield, NJ trying to get money for a bus ticket back to NYC. Renee was a psychiatric emergency when she went missing and was in a psychotic and catatonic state. She has not used her name or social security number since she disappeared 22 years ago, and we believe she is not aware of her identity and may be suffering from amnesia. We are unsure if she is homeless, but is a living unidentified
