Happy Sunday, family and friends. I've been a notary for a few months now and just want to share with you all that everyone should contact an attorney as soon as possible to see what legal documents you and your families need in case of emergency. When a loved one is incapacitated or out of town and there are no documents such as Power of Attorney, POA for Healthcare, Living Will, etc. can be extremely stressful and costly. I am not an attorney, obviously, so I can't recommend any of these forms to you (many of which you can get for free online), so reach out to an attorney. I am happy to offer my notary services, or there are notaries at banks and libraries. Have a great weekend and stay safe!
